My first connection with spirit happened at an early age. As a child, I had such a profound connection to animals and nature and was very much aware of the presence of spirit (imaginary friends). As I grew older, being surrounded with like-minded people, I began feeling connected to my intuitive side by doing Tarot Card readings and having this "knowing". Mediumship came to me during these readings and continues to be a part of my life. I studied and practiced this beautiful art for many years. I learned many healing modalities and through that search I was led into the practice of Shamanism. I have been studying with shamanic practitioners, teachers and indigenous medicine people to learn the techniques and philosophies of others to find what aspects may be assimilated into my own way of practicing.
My spiritual journey took a dramatic turn in early 2000 due to a mysterious illness and I found myself lost and with nowhere to turn when traditional western medicine could provide no answers and no relief. I found the road back to recovery by using Energy Therapy marking the beginning of my own personal awakening. This transformation deepened inside of me as a strong desire to help others by facilitating healing, personal growth, teaching and the deepening of spiritual development.
I have lived extremely different lives in very different places, cultures and circumstances. I have learnt the worst and the best of humanity and of myself. I continue to search for the right fit between spiritual and everyday life by embracing my mysteries; to me this has meant not solving them, but rather, living with them and using them to inform my life choices. My intention, in the spirit of “wholeness”, is to help people to remember their souls journey with truth and acceptance of their Earth Walk open hearted in the Sacred Hoop of Life. I believe in the power of your mind, body, and spirit that can be healed!
